ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY Please note that Spectra: Ghost Radar & EMF is intended solely for entertainment purposes. The results generated by the App are simulated and should not be considered scientifically accurate or factual.

We do not collect personal information from our users. We do not require you to register, create an account, or provide your name, email address, or other contact details to use Spectra: Ghost Radar & EMF.
Information automatically collected In Short: Some technical information — such as device characteristics — may be processed locally on your device to ensure the App functions correctly.
When you use the App, we do not send your personal data to external servers. However, the App may access certain device sensors (such as the magnetometer/EMF sensor) strictly to provide the core functionality of the “ghost radar” simulation. This sensor data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
We may collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (non-personal data) such as crash reports or device types to help us improve the stability and performance of the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process technical data to provide the functionality of the App.
Since we do not collect personal information, our processing is limited to:

• Ensuring the App operates correctly on your specific device.
• Fixing bugs and improving performance via anonymous crash logs.
• Delivering the entertainment features (EMF readings and radar visuals) requested by the user.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We do not share personal information because we do not collect it.
In-App Purchases and Apple Our services may include In-App Purchases. All financial transactions are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. ALIAKSANDR PRATSKO does not collect, access, or store your credit card details or payment information. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that your transaction data is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We do not use cookies or trackers to collect personal data.
Since our App does not use a web browser interface for user accounts, we do not use standard cookies.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We do not retain personal user information.
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not maintain a database of user profiles. Any local data stored on your device (such as app settings) remains on your device until you delete the App.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. 7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You have rights regarding your data, but since we do not collect personal data, there is no account to delete or export.
If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
Account Termination: Since the App does not require account creation, there is no account to terminate. You can stop using the Services at any time by simply deleting the application from your device.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. Since we do not track your browsing habits or collect personal data, our App functionality does not change based on DNT signals.
